GARY MOORE

My Name is Gary Moore, I live in Leicestershire and am very pleased to have been appointed the Health & Safety Officer for the Club and would like to thank Tim Shambrook for his sterling work in the role, for which I am very grateful. I have been in the Club since 2019, joining when I found and purchased my SL350 R231. A car I had searched for and promised myself as a retirement present. However, I have not yet found the time to retire, (I don’t want to really). I have worked in Health & Safety as an Explosives Safety Officer, Survey vessel Safety Coach, Group Quality Health & Safety and Environment Manager for many years in a variety of organisations, from the British Army, forklift production with Caterpillar, Power Generation, offshore in Oil & Gas exploration, through to landscaping businesses, and currently as a self- employed QHSE Consultant. My other interests flow around my family, other cars, cycling, Leicester City Football, (oh dear) and the Leicester Tigers. I also do weddings in my Classic Fiat 500L, I like to attend car shows and did I mention work?
